My initial encounter with breathwork happened years ago during a pranayama session at a yoga class. It was intriguing, but it wasn’t until much later that breathwork truly began to resonate with me. I attended several shamanic breathwork sessions, enjoying them but not fully grasping their depth—at the time, they felt like a captivating enigma.
Everything changed in January 2019. I felt an almost magnetic pull to attend a specific group breathwork event. I just knew I had to be there. That session was a turning point—it shifted everything. For the first time, I allowed myself to fully surrender, experiencing a profound emotional release that was both intense and liberating. In that moment of surrender, I realized I wanted to dive deeper into this practice and share it with others. It was my ‘aha moment’, the breath found me. Little did I know, that initially this journey was more about my own healing than about becoming a breathwork facilitator. It was about uncovering and releasing deep-rooted trauma and embracing a path of personal growth and transformation.

Kasia is the founder of Inner Essence Breathwork and a highly experienced breathwork facilitator. She is fully certified in Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System and has completed Dan Brule’s Breath Mastery Rebirthing breathwork practitioner training intensive. With over 400 hours of in-person breathwork trainings led by world-renowned mentors, Kasia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
Having trained extensively across Europe, Bali, and Australia, Kasia approaches her healing work from a heart-centered place, passionately guiding and supporting individuals on their unique paths to wellness. Her journey into healing began with yoga in Poland and deepened in Australia through various modalities such as dance, meditation, Reiki (she holds Level 1 certificate), and ultimately, breathwork.
